Shenelle Reddick is an experienced STEM teacher currently working at the Public Preparatory Network since August 2020, where responsibilities include designing differentiated lesson plans, assessing student progress, collaborating with colleagues, and managing classroom behavior. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Operations and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Facilitator at the same network, where Shenelle managed budgets, facilitated team meetings, and promoted DEI initiatives. Previously, experience as a Team Coordinator and Teaching Apprentice at Blue Engine involved supporting teaching effectiveness and executing academic support in classrooms. Additional roles include serving as an Americorps Member at City Year, a High School Mentor at Breakthrough Collaborative, and an Intern at Fordham Counseling and Psychological Services. Shenelle holds a Master of Arts in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Psychology from Fordham University.
