Martin Prince-Parrott RIBA FRSA is an accomplished architect and developer, currently serving as the Founder of Stealth Startup and as an Alumnus with PUBLIC PRACTICE since April 2023. Martin authored the book "URBAN HEALTHONOMICS," focusing on designing cities that enhance health and promote economic growth, reflecting the urgent need for innovative urban solutions. As Principal & Managing Director of SUB\URBAN WORKSHOP, Martin directs sustainable real estate development while overseeing the organization's placemaking and decarbonisation efforts. Previous roles include Regeneration Manager for Oxford City Council, Columnist for Architects’ Journal, and Development Manager at Cordia Blackswan, where significant projects included large-scale residential schemes. Martin holds multiple advanced degrees in architecture and business from prestigious institutions including the University of Nottingham and Harvard Business School, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in both design and financial modeling.
