Bianca Joffa is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an ESG Associate at the Public Investment Corporation since June 2016, after holding the position of Senior Legal Advisor in Corporate Law. Prior to this, Bianca worked at Transnet Freight Rail, progressing from Junior Legal Advisor to Legal Advisor specializing in Commercial Law and Governance. Bianca’s legal career began at Kasimov and Associates as a candidate attorney, focusing on general commercial practice. Additionally, Bianca served as a writing centre consultant at the Law Writing Centre. Bianca holds multiple qualifications, including a Certificate in Corporate Law from the University of South Africa, a program on Infrastructure in a Market Economy from Harvard Kennedy School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics for Competition Law from King's College London, and various other degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand, including a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Law.
