Charles Horstmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, ethics, and regulatory matters. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Public Interest Oversight Board (PIOB) since June 2014, Charles has previously held prominent roles including Managing Director of Global Independence, Ethics and Regulatory at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited from September 2002 to March 2014, and Global Managing Partner for Professional and Regulatory Matters and Independence at Arthur Andersen for nearly three decades. Charles holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Dubuque.
