Brenda Bridgette-Noel has extensive experience in healthcare management. Brenda currently holds the position of Director of Revenue Cycle at Public Health Management Corporation since 2019. Prior to this, Brenda served as the Chief Operating Officer at Spectrum Health Services, INC. from 2011 to 2019, where they played a vital role in supporting operational and clinical care initiatives. Brenda also supervised daily operations and managed multiple sites with a significant annual operating budget. Before their work at Spectrum Health Services, Brenda worked as a Site Manager at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where they successfully managed the Primary Care Center and demonstrated cost-conscious awareness of the center's expenditures. Additionally, Brenda held various managerial positions at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, including Practice Manager, Manager of Primary Care, Operations Manager, and Supervisor of Endocrinology. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing multiple departments, supporting physicians, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing staff.

Brenda Bridgette-Noel obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University between 2002 and 2004. Brenda further pursued higher education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at Rosemont College from 2009 to 2011.
