Kim Findley is a seasoned professional in public health and operations, currently serving as a Business Development Project Manager at the Public Health Institute at Denver Health since April 2024. Previously, Kim held several roles at Colorado Community Health Network from June 2017 to April 2024, culminating in the position of Health Center Data and Operations Manager, where there was a focus on enhancing operational excellence for Colorado's Federally Qualified Health Centers through technical assistance and training initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where significant process improvements were achieved, and a role as a non-profit management and development intern at the Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking, where successful fundraising initiatives were executed. Kim holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health and Health Disparities from the Colorado School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
