Jackie Wu is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in various capacities within health organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Public Health Capacity and Knowledge Management at the Public Health Agency of Canada since 2014, Jackie also held the position of Senior Advisor. Previous experience includes a role as Field Consultant for the World Health Organization on the Stop Transmission of Polio Program and as a Field Epidemiologist with the Saskatoon Health Region as part of the Canadian Field Epidemiology Program. Earlier work involved an internship with the World Health Organization, where Jackie authored a report on the epidemiology of traumatic injuries following earthquakes. Jackie Wu holds a Bachelor's Degree from The University of British Columbia and a Master of Public Health in Community Health and Epidemiology from the University of Toronto.
