Carlo Castro has extensive experience in legal and program management, currently serving as Legal Data Manager, Small Business Program Manager, and Placement Coordinator at Public Counsel since September 2006. Prior to this role, Carlo worked at Disability Group, Inc. from September 2004 to September 2006 as Hearing Coordinator/Case Manager. Carlo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Occidental College, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
