Max Tan has over a decade of experience in management and operations within the gaming and customer service industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Project Manager at PTW since July 2018, Max previously held the position of Customer Service Lead at Wargaming from January 2012 to July 2018. Prior to that, Max was a Product Executive at Asiasoft (S) Pte Ltd between 2010 and 2012. Max's educational background includes a Certificate Level IV in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARC), completed in 2007.
