Chandrashekar Nayak has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. chandrashekar started their career at B S R & Co (A member firm of KPMG) in 2006 as a Manager, where they handled financial engagements with a focus on IGAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS accounting standards. chandrashekar worked there until October 2011. In 2012, they joined Pole To Win as a Finance Manager and was responsible for overseeing various finance and accounts operations, including financial statements preparation, audit processes, and team mentoring. chandrashekar later took on the roles of Senior Finance Manager and General Manager Finance. Chandrashekar has proven expertise in policy compliance, financial planning, taxation, and risk analysis.

Chandrashekar Nayak completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Bangalore University from 1999 to 2002. Subsequently, they pursued their Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2002 to 2005.
