Valerie Rousseau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project coordination, customer service management, and research and development. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at PTW since January 2023, Valerie previously held roles including QA Customer Service Manager at LAP Laser and Customer Service Support Manager at DOSIsoft, where responsibilities included managing teams, developing technical documentation, and training global customers. With a strong foundation in software development, Valerie has contributed as a Research and Development Engineer at both DOSIsoft and the French Institute of Petroleum, focusing on scientific applications and imaging software. Valerie also began a career in research at Cambridge University, specializing in the development of software for the oil industry. Valerie holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of Montpellier II.
