James Chadbourne has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James began their career in 2013 at The Range as a Loss Prevention Officer, ensuring the safety and security of the store. In 2013, they also worked at Mercants fish bar as a Food Preparation Worker, gaining skills in customer service, food hygiene, and health and safety.

In 2017, James worked at J Napper Installations Limited as a Height safety installer for the duration of the year. The following year, they joined Egbert Taylor as a Paint Sprayer, demonstrating their attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. James also took on additional responsibilities as an acting supervisor, overseeing the work of the team.

From 2018 to 2020, James returned to J Napper Installations Limited as a Height and safety installer, honing their skills in this role.

Most recently, in 2020, James joined Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) as a Senior Test Engineer, utilizing their expertise to contribute to the team.
