Andrew Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Andrew started their career at Barclays in 2001 as a Customer Service Administrator and worked there until 2004. Following that, they joined RWE npower in 2005 as a Customer Administrator and later became a Senior Administrator/Subject Matter Expert until 2014. In 2014, they briefly worked at bet365 as a Customer Account Advisor. In 2015, they joined ISS Technical Services as an Administrator and worked there until 2017. Since then, they have been employed at Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), first as a Labour Controller and subsequently as a Senior Labour Controller.
Andrew Smith attended James Brindley High School from 1991 to 1996. Andrew then enrolled at Two Towns Sixth Form Centre from 1996 to 1998, although no degree or field of study is specified. In 2013, Andrew completed a course in Mental Health Awareness at City of Sunderland College and another course in Equality & Diversity at Learning Curve NCFE. In 2014, they obtained a Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service from The Skills Network. Most recently, Andrew is pursuing a Certificate of Attendance in Mental Health First Aid from MHFA England, and an Elementary Health and Safety Certificate from The Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland, both in 2022.
