Karmen Mercer is an experienced professional in quality production and technical support, currently serving as the Quality Production & Process Control Principal and Director of Global Customer Care & Technical Support at PTS Diagnostics. Since September 2004, Karmen has also held various leadership roles, including Director of Global Customer Care and Technical Support Specialist at Polymer Technology Systems, Inc., focusing on managing field correlations and ensuring proper training for CardioChek PA users. Prior experience includes roles in transfusion services at Wishard Health Services and as an Immunology Technical Specialist at Covance. Karmen served in the United States Air Force from 1991 to 1999 and holds an Associate's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, along with studies at Purdue University.
