Jim Colella is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, logistics, and executive management. With a strong background in supply chain management from Sourcing Network International, LLC., where Jim held the title of Vice President Operations, and extensive leadership experience as President of James and Sons Neckwear, Inc., Jim possesses expertise in budgeting, customer service, production, P&L management, and human resources.
