Rebecca H. has a long and successful career in the technology industry. Rebecca began their career in 1994 as a Business Analyst/Technical Writer/Trainer for SunGard Data Systems/Intelus. In 1996, they moved to Computech, Inc as a Senior Business Analyst. In 2003, they became the Program Director & Project Manager for SI International (formerly Zen Technology). In 2007, they were the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Engagement Director for Maga Design. In 2009, they were the Integration Lead for Serco - North America. In 2010, they became the Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) for QSSI. In 2012, they were a Project Management Consultant for Cross Solutions. Finally, in 2019, they became the Vice President of Operations for PTG International, Inc, where they are responsible for Program and Project Delivery, Accounting and Human Resources, Program Delivery, Project Budgetary Monitoring and Controls, and PMO.

Rebecca H. obtained a Master of Science in Information Systems from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. Rebecca also holds a Bachelor of Science in English (major) and Public Relations (minor) from Frostburg State University. In addition, they have a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in July 2005.
