Mukul Wadhwa is a seasoned professional with a strong background in technology and software support. Currently serving as Product Technology Lead at PTC since June 2023, Mukul previously held the position of Software Support Analyst at Instem from August 2019 to May 2023, specializing in resolving L1 and L2 software issues and providing expertise in various domains. Prior experience includes working as an Application Support Analyst at BNY Mellon from June 2017 to August 2019, where Mukul was involved in client interactions for the Eagle Investment Systems project, focusing on the deployment of change requests and bug fixes. Mukul began a career at BNY Mellon as an intern from January 2017 to April 2017 after graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Chitkara University in 2017.
