Laura K. Hunter, PhD, is an accomplished medical writer and program director with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and academic sectors. Currently serving as Associate Principal Medical Writer at PTC Therapeutics, Inc., Laura leads the development of regulatory submission documents, including CTD Module 2 summaries and Investigator's Brochures, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global health authority regulations. Prior experience includes a role as Program Director at the National Cancer Institute, where Laura managed immuno-oncology research grants and served as a subject matter expert, and earlier positions in medical writing at BGB Group and NYU Langone Medical Center, where Laura conducted significant research in immunology and oncology. Laura holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Boston University.
