Marcelo Souto Rodrigues possesses extensive experience in project and process management within the automotive and construction sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Project and Process at PTC Group since September 2020, Marcelo focuses on product quality maintenance, new product development, global standardization of technologies, and commercial alignment with suppliers. Previous roles include Project Chief at SEGULA Technologies, where Marcelo spearheaded quality improvements and cost reduction initiatives, and Gerente at JBY construction, overseeing construction teams and client services. Marcelo's career also includes significant contributions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Bonansea Brasil LTDA, and Vallourec Tubos do Brasil S.A. Marcelo holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Faculdade Pitágoras and a Technical degree in Occupational Safety with an emphasis on Environmental Management from Genoma.
