Bayhaki Haki has extensive experience in plant operations and engineering management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Plant Operations Manager at PT. Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika since February 2013, Bayhaki has held various leadership roles, including Maintenance Department Head, Engineering Department Head, Manufacturing Division Head, and National Technical & Development Division Head. Prior to this, Bayhaki worked as an Engineering Manager at PT. Kao Indonesia from January 2004 to January 2013, focusing on engineering project management, plant design, and implementation of lean manufacturing practices. Bayhaki began professional career as a Maintenance Engineer at Danone Aqua from July 2001 to December 2003, concentrating on planned maintenance and engineering projects. Bayhaki holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Universitas Pelita Bangsa.
