Justinus Reza Prasetyo has extensive experience in human resources and general affairs, currently serving as HRGA Manager at PT. Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk since January 2015. Prior roles include HR & GA Manager at Bonaventura Project - Atma Jaya Hospital, Sr Human Resource & Organization Development Manager at Yayasan Atma Jaya, and HRD & GA Manager at PT Erlimpex - PT. Erela. Justinus also held the position of HRGA Regional Leader at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk and HRM at Telogorejo Hospital. The educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Unika Soegijapranata Semarang, obtained in 1999.
