Airini Sirait is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and legal management. Currently serving as Senior Legal Manager and Corporate Secretary at PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk since December 2020, Airini has previously held senior legal roles at Kencana Agri Ltd and PT Pasifik Agro Sentosa, where responsibilities included managing corporate licenses and legal compliance in the palm oil and sugar sectors. With a strong foundation in corporate matters gained at PT Persada Group, Airini developed expertise in foreign investment, capital markets, and project financing. Airini launched a career as an Associate Lawyer in various law firms, focusing on capital markets and litigation. Airini holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law from the University of Tarumanagara and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Trisakti.
