Lukman Hakim Prahanu is an experienced operations manager currently leading the Bukabantuan team at PT VADS Indonesia since January 2021. Previously, Lukman held various roles at PT VADS Indonesia, including Desk Control & Reporting Supervisor at TokopediaCare and several QA and reporting positions across notable companies such as Cigna, Grab, and CAR Insurance. Early in the career, Lukman worked as a QA Staff at Halo Express and as a Call Center Representative at XL Axiata. Lukman holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
