Dwi Adie Cahyono has been a key member of PT VADS Indonesia since November 2010, progressing from a Call Center Customer Service Representative to roles such as Information Technology Service Desk and currently serving as Team Leader for Customer Service at XL Home Fiber since July 2018. Dwi Adie Cahyono holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Adisutjipto Yogyakarta, earned between 2004 and 2010.
