Eko Setiobudi's work experience includes being the Chief Operating Officer at PT. Tridharma Kencana since March 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a lecturer at STIE TRIBUANA since March 2008. Eko also had roles in Human Resources and HRD at TDK, and served as a Factory Manager at PT. TDK from February 2018 to May 2019.

From 2013 to 2016, Eko Setiobudi attended Universitas Negeri Jakarta, where they pursued a degree in MP and obtained their DR.
