Syarifah Hasna's work experience begins in 2011 when they joined the University of Indonesia as a Laboratory Assistant. Syarifah worked in this role from August 2011 to May 2012. In 2012, they joined Marsh as a Client Executive and held this role for 8 years until January 2020. Most recently, in February 2020, they started working at Sompo Insurance Indonesia as a Local Direct Corporate.

Syarifah Hasna attended the University of Indonesia from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
