Esron Tarigan is the Manager of RawMill, Kiln, and Coal Mill Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance at PT Semen Padang. Prior to that role, Tarigan worked as a Network Engineer at Bakrie Telecom and as an On Job Trainee at Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Tarigan holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
