Guntur Tua is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social development and communication, currently serving as a Senior Social Specialist at PT PLN Enjiniring for the Upper Cisokan Pumped Storage Dam project since May 2023. Guntur has been actively involved with Hatfield as a Land Acquisition & Resettlement Specialist since October 2022, focusing on environmental and social impact assessments in accordance with international standards and government regulations. Previous roles include Engagement and Communication Expert at the Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia and Social Development Expert at PT Bodasa. Guntur also has a background in advising governmental bodies, such as working as Assistant to the Coordinator of the Special Staff for the President of the Republic of Indonesia and as a Political Analyst for a Member of the Parliament. A former Senior Social Advisor at TFT - The Forest Trust, Guntur has contributed to sustainable practices in the palm oil sector and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Universitas Padjadjaran.
