Jery Pratama has a background in telecommunications engineering, having earned an associate's degree from Institut Teknologi Telkom between September 2019 and October 2022. Currently, Jery is employed at PT Netciti Persada since November 2022, serving in the Network Operations Center as a Technical Support Engineer and Field Support Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as a Service Delivery Engineer at PT PINS Indonesia from September 2021 to December 2021 and working as a Production Operator at INFINITIGROUP from May 2017 to May 2019.
