Rahim Isnan Al Hilman has extensive experience in business process improvement, internal auditing, and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently at PT Mitra Solusi Telematika, Rahim is responsible for implementing and obtaining ISO 27001:2013 certification across all departments. As Chairman of Koperasi Jasa Cerdas Indonesia Sejahtera, management of approximately 60 members was a key responsibility. Previous roles include Alumni Relations Coordinator at Yayasan Karya Salemba Empat, enhancing the alumni database and networking, and leading system development and business excellence initiatives at PT. Rekayasa Industri, resulting in a notable performance increase. Early in the career, Rahim worked as a Production & Mechanical Engineer at PT. Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk, focusing on designing and integrating business processes, and gained experience through internships at PT. Freeport Indonesia and a part-time position with The National Humanitarian Foundation PKPU. Rahim holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Andalas.
