Monica Cindy Joy Nugroho serves as the Chief Marketing & Operational Officer at PT Mitra Karya Adiperkasa since February 2024, previously holding the position of Marketing Manager at Pacific Place Jakarta from May 2018 to February 2024. In their role at Pacific Place, Monica led several divisions, including Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Digital Communication, Creative & Design, Visual Merchandising, and Event Management. Prior to that, Monica worked as Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager for SKYE at ISMAYA GROUP, where Monica developed yearly marketing plans for both the restaurant and lounge. Additionally, Monica has experience in event planning and public relations from earlier roles at Pacific Place and United Dance Works, where Monica also performed as a professional dancer. Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama).
