Tashia Putri Nandari is a skilled Human Capital Analyst at PT Menara Astra, a position held since January 2019. Prior to this role, Tashia served as a Human Capital Trainee at PT Astra International Tbk from February 2018 to January 2019, where recognition as the Best Trainee for their batch was earned. Additionally, Tashia completed a Strategic Management Internship at the Central Bank of Indonesia in mid-2016. Tashia holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia, obtained in 2017.
