Mustika Ayu is an experienced e-commerce strategist at PT. MASPION since December 2021, specializing in digital marketing. Prior to this role, Mustika worked as a junior consultant intern at PT Astra International Tbk from May to August 2021, where responsibilities included identifying customer needs and maintaining relationships with clients. Earlier experience at DBS Bank from January 2019 to August 2020 involved providing sales support for credit card applications, screening over 300 applications monthly. Mustika holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universitas Airlangga, earned between 2014 and 2018.
