Hilda Pang currently serves as a Merchandiser and Import Staff in the Aluminium Division of PT. MASPION since October 2023. Previously, Hilda worked at Shopee from April 2022 to April 2023 as a Customer Service Analyst in both Premium and Shopeefood divisions, focusing on managing customer inquiries and resolving issues while providing valuable feedback to improve customer experience. Prior experience includes a role as Cashier Team Lead at PT. Antarakata Group from March 2020 to September 2021, overseeing cashiers and enhancing customer service. Hilda holds a Bachelor of Literature degree in English Language and Literature from Universitas Katolik Soegijapranata, completed in March 2022.
