Ellicia Septiani is a Recruitment Officer at PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk since April 2022, responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment process for the Head Office and all branches in Indonesia, which includes tasks from processing manpower requests to onboarding preparation. Prior to this role, Ellicia completed a Resourcing Internship at IKEA from November 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process, job postings, and candidate communication, while also handling applicant data. Ellicia's earlier experience includes serving as a Presentation Assistant at ECC.co.id in early 2020. Ellicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Sanata Dharma and a High School Diploma in Social Sciences from SMA Strada St. Thomas Aquino.
