M Rudi Hartati, AAAIK started as a Management Trainee at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance in January 2016. Later, they transitioned to PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk, where they currently hold the position of Assistant Manager Underwriter and have worked their way up to the title of Senior Officer Underwriter in the Property and Engineering Business Unit. They also participated in the Officer Development Program within the same company.
