Joseph Partogi Sihotang is currently the Industrial Relation Section Head at PT Link Net Tbk since October 2023, responsible for ensuring compliance with Company Regulations and government labor laws, as well as addressing violations through appropriate judicial channels. Prior to this role, Joseph served as the Industrial Relation Supervisor at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk from June 2022 to October 2023, focusing on regulatory compliance related to labor issues. Earlier experience includes working as a Legal Officer at Medion Group from October 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities involved reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements across multiple legal entities. Joseph’s career began with an internship in the Litigation Department at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara in early 2020, which facilitated practical understanding of legal operations within a corporate environment. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universitas Sebelas Maret, earned between 2016 and 2020.
