Irwanto Halim has extensive expertise in business analytics and process improvement, currently serving as the Head of Business Analytics & Process Improvement at PT Link Net Tbk since October 2014, after progressing through roles including Acquisition Analyst and CRM Portfolio Data Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as MIS at PT. Mutu Gading Tekstil and various roles at PT. Teledirect Telecommerce, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining CRM systems and implementing information systems. Earlier career experience began as IT Staff at BIT, focusing on warehouse information systems and database management. Irwanto holds a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from BINUS University.
