Raisa Fauzia currently serves as Assistant Manager and Asset Manager Lead for Standard Chartered Bank at PT Leads Property Services Indonesia, where responsibilities include leading the Asset Manager Team across Indonesia, Australia, and the Philippines, and supporting transaction activities related to lease renewals, new acquisitions, and lease exits. Previous experience includes a supervisory role in Sales Office & Leasing at PT MNC LAND Tbk and multiple positions at JLL with a focus on tenant representation, lease analysis, and advising multinational clients on office space needs. Earlier work experience includes roles at PT. XL Axiata Tbk in legal administration and finance, as well as a brief internship assisting the sales manager at PT. Berkah Citra Agro. Raisa holds a Master's degree in Business Law from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
