Derrin Matthew is an experienced professional with a robust background in game design, HR management, and operations. Currently serving as an Analyst and previously as a Marketing Executive at PT Leads Property Services Indonesia since July 2023, Derrin has a strong foundation in product game design from a five-year tenure at PT. Primeskills Edukasi Indonesia, where responsibilities included creating game concepts, designing gameplay mechanics, and collaborating on UI/UX. Prior experience also encompasses roles as a Human Resources Specialist managing recruitment processes and conducting training programs.
