Luthfi Anshari is an experienced professional in asset management and business development, currently serving as the Non-Farebox Revenue Manager at PT KCIC since July 2021. Previous roles include Manager of Asset Management at PT KCIC, where responsibilities included asset administration, and Commercial Manager at PT Angkasa Pura Properti, focusing on asset utilization proposals. Luthfi has a background in business development with PT Jakarta Propertindo, managing various property and real estate projects, and served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning. Earlier experience includes technical officer roles for spatial planning projects in disaster-prone areas and rural development programs, as well as technical support for post-disaster rehabilitation projects with BAPPENAS. Luthfi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional and City Planning from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
