Holly Makoichi is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as HR Compensation and Benefit at PT Karya Megah Adijaya - AORA TV since April 2013, Holly oversees payroll management, compliance, and data integrity, while designing systems and maintaining employee records. Previously, as Head of Personnel at PT. Hero Intiputra (Toys City), Holly managed payroll and recruitment processes, supporting strategic business plans. Holly's experience also includes serving as Human Capital Representative Area at PT. Ace Hardware, where responsibilities included employee management for around 800 employees, recruitment, training, and industrial relations. Holly holds a Sarjana Teknik degree in Manajemen Teknik/Industri from Institut Teknologi Nasional (ITENAS) and has pursued further education at Universitas Mercu Buana.
