Aditya Dwi Martanto currently serves as the VP of the Corporate Transformation Office at PT Pulo Mas Jaya, part of the JAKPRO Group, since April 2022, and also holds the position of VP Human Capital at PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) since 2019, where Aditya has been recognized with the HR Excellence Award in 2021. Previously, Aditya was the Human Capital Senior Manager at PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda), earning the Indonesia Future HR Leader Award from SWA Magazine in 2020. Aditya's career includes significant roles at PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia, PT Pertamina Dana Ventura, PT Sanggar Sarana Baja, PT Optima Consultant, and PT Alihdaya Indonesia, showcasing a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Aditya's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI', a Master's degree in Management from Universitas Pamulang, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
