Shanty Nofiarny is a skilled technical support engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications. Currently serving as a Technical Support Staff at PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkominfra) since September 2022, Shanty specializes in monitoring and maintaining radio access network operations through various platforms such as U2000, Netcool, and Remedy. Prior to this role, Shanty worked at PT. Kinarya Alihdaya Mandiri from March 2017 to August 2022 in a similar capacity. Additionally, Shanty gained practical experience in operations and maintenance of telephone systems during an internship at Telekomunikasi Indonesia in early 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Mercu Buana and a Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from Politeknik Negeri Padang.
