Lam Rico has an extensive background in sales and marketing, with experience in various roles such as Deputy GM Sales & Marketing, Sales Manager, and Sales Assistant Manager. Prior to their current position at PT Indo Global Traktor, Lam Rico worked as a Branch Manager at Samator Group and an Area Sales Engineer at PT. MHE Demag Indonesia. Lam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Petra Christian University.
