Baghas Arya Anggara is a Human Capital System Development Specialist at PT Hasnur Jaya Utama (Hasnur Group) since March 2020, focusing on analyzing, creating, and reviewing human capital strategies and policies as well as developing related systems and procedures. Prior to this role, Baghas served as a Recruitment Specialist, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding. From April 2018 to March 2020, Baghas worked at Mayadila Psychological Consultant as an Associate, conducting psychological test scoring and support during the counseling phase. Baghas holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (2015-2019) and is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI'​ (2020-2024).
