Safrinaldi AR is an accomplished engineering professional with over 11 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Chief Engineering at PT EPSINDO JAYA PRATAMA since 2012, Safrinaldi AR specializes in project management, technical design, and well performance optimization. Previous roles include Operation Manager and Field Service Manager, focusing on the installation, commissioning, and optimization of hydraulic pumping units and surface pumping systems. Additionally, during tenure as Area Engineer at PT. Catur Khita Persada, expertise was developed in technical design for artificial lift systems across various projects in the Sumatera region. Safrinaldi AR holds a Diploma III in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Muhammadyah and Akademi Teknologi Muhammadyah Pekanbaru, completed in 2001.
