Reno Ranendra is currently the Head of Human Capital at PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk. Prior to this, Reno held positions such as Business Development and Aviation Division Head at Willis, Business Development at Jardine Lloyd Thompson, and Manager at JIB. Reno also has a background in Risk Management & Insurance. Reno attended Curtin University for education.
