Lathiful Azhar is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and training. As the Surabaya Branch Head at PT. Dutagriya Sarana since November 2011, Lathiful has managed client relationships and manpower maintenance across various sectors including national banks and airline companies. Previously, from May 2007 to November 2011, Lathiful served as the Commercial Learning & Development Supervisor at PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk, where responsibilities included conducting and monitoring training programs for sales teams across East Java and Bali Nusra. Earlier experience as the Surabaya Branch Head at Lembaga Pendidikan Perkoperasia-Lapenkop involved creating and evaluating training programs for the cooperative movement in Surabaya.
