Joy Naibaho is a skilled engineer with experience in various companies such as PT. DJARUM, GE Transportation, and PT Pertamina (Persero). Joy specializes in project management, process engineering, maintenance engineering, and research in mechanical stress analysis. Joy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
